On Monday 23rd April a group of Year 9 students were guests of the PEEL PORT Authorities. The students were extremely interested in a local industry which is increasing its capacity, as well as the opportunity to find out more about careers. They were made to feel very welcome and were given a tour of the site, met some of the employees and undertook some activities to develop their understanding of how the port functions and witnessed the colossal cranes that dominate the Liverpool waterfront. We are really keen to build further links with Peel Ports especially as the students were so enthusiastic about their experience.
