Life experiences teach us many things along the way and sometimes you have to reach your lowest point to recognise what you had and threw away. Years 9 - 11 heard from a former prisoner and gang leader Paul Walmsley from Jamie Carragher's '23 Foundation' on how he went from a sixteen year old with both academic and sporting potential to becoming embroiled in a life of crime.
The message he delivered was that you should stay true to your values, respect yourself and others and shared strategies how to move forward leading a good and honest life.
