PE Update 221021
The first half of the Football season drew to a close this week. Our Year 10 team are through to the quarter finals of the Merseyside Small Schools Cup where they will now face Holy Family. Our Year 8 team gave a really good account of themselves against Ridgeway in the same competition, despite missing a number of players through illness. The Man of the Match award for this game went to L. Weaver for an all-action display.
We have played 15 football matches over this half term in Sefton & Merseyside Cups, whilst offering training and friendly games for the whole squads to be involved in too.
Next term will see the Netball League Fixtures continue whilst the Basketball and Girls Football programme will begin. Pupils are reminded to check the PE Office for further details and updates.
