Y10 Practical Assessment
Yesterday, our Year 10's had their first practical assessment in Hospitality and Catering.
They had to prepare and cook a dish of their choice in a double lesson. All the pupils worked really hard to produce some amazing dishes and Mrs Hill enjoyed popping in as chief taster at the end.
