Y10 Artwork
This week, our Year 10 Art and Design students have been exploring original artist works, by artists such as Hokusai and Yellena James using the broader theme of 'Marine'. They have been analysing the artists' use of use of Line and Tone, creating their own artistic interpretations.
Students learnt that Pablo Picasso is widely quoted as having said that “good artists borrow, great artists steal.” and how the artistic theft of others’ contributes to the creation of new art.
